Calling all young athletes! Get ready for an exciting program running every Friday from w/c 9th September to 14th October. This programme is 6 weeks.

Program Highlights:

Our Athletics Adventure Club is designed to provide a dynamic mix of activities that promote physical fitness, teamwork, and fun. Each week, kids will engage in a variety of athletics-style events, including:

• Basketball: Learn the basics of dribbling, shooting, and teamwork through fun and engaging drills.
• Jumping: Improve agility and coordination with various jumping activities like long jump, high jump, and hopscotch.
• Running and Sprinting: Develop speed and endurance with running and sprinting exercises that cater to all fitness levels.
